Gastronomic Cruise

At lunch, feast your eyes and appetite with a gastronomic cruise down the river Seine, catered by the world-renowned "Maison Le Nôtre".

The Venue

Rendez-vous at the Salons Vianey, directly on the banks of the river Seine.

In contrast to the first day, speakers will shun the slide deck and "show, rather than tell" throughout this hands-on technical second day.

Amazing demonstrations from :

Joanne Cheng
Rachel Nabors
Sarah Mei

The Parisian Brasserie

We'll restore ourselves at the legendary Train Bleu brasserie for a hearty serving of frivolous decadence. Snails may be on the menu ...

The Venue

We'll be live from the RATP's HQ in the 12th arrondissement.
